  • 1 cupchicken breasts; cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  • 1/4 cupapple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cupchopped pecans
  • 1granny smith apple; cored and medium diced
  • 1/2 cupgreen grapes; halved
  • 1/4 cupdried cranberries
  • 1/2 bunchscallions; chopped
  • 1 pinchkosher salt

    Combine mayo and vinegar in a mixing bowl.Add a pinch of salt. Whisk together.

    Add remaining ingredients. Toss.

    Garnish with scallions.

    Variations; Poppy seeds, tarragon, parsley, mustard, basil, white or red wine vinegar, celery
