Bring water to the boil in a pot and have the asparagus boil for 5 minutes, then strain them and set them aside.

Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the meat then add the onion.

Sauté for 2-3 minutes and add a cup of water, salt and pepper. Lower the heat and let it until the meat is cooked.

When the meat is ready add the asparagus and boil for a couple of minutes.

Prepare an egg and lemon sauce and add it to the pot.

Stir for a while over low heat so that the sauce combines and serve.
