Biscuits from kourabiedes

I had some crumbled kourabiedes left over from Christmas in the freezer for quite some time. We had our fill!!! But since nothing goes to waste, I crumbled them in a blender and they got like crumbled biscuits. I stored that in the freezer biding its time until it would transform into something else. Today, I happened to want to make some sweet but the lack of eggs in the fridge let me to take the crumbled kourabiedes out and create one.
