First dry roast besan for few minutes to reduce raw smell

Take thick bottom wok and first add ghee heat for a minute, then add all ingredients one by one. Cook it on low flame and stir continuously.

Once it becomes to thick consistency, add cardamom powder and switch off the flame

Grease the tray with ghee and pour this mixture and spread it. Keep this tray in a fridge for an hour.

Remove it from a fridge and cut it as you like, decorate with cashew nut.
