Cooking Instructions

In a bowl whisk together the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Then transfer the dredge into a gallon size plastic bag.
- 2
Rinse the wing parts with cold water, give them a quick shake to get rid of excess water and put them in the plastic bag with the dredge, seal it and shake the bag until all the wing pieces are evenly coated. Set the bag to the side for approximately 20 minutes.
- 3
Put the peanut oil into a pan that is large enough to hold the oil and all of the wings with out spilling, and bring the oil to approximately 350°F
- 4
Once the oil is at the desired temperature, put the wings in the oil which should only come up about half way up the wing. Allow to cook 6 minutes then flip the wings and cook for another 6 minutes or until done.
- 5
In a large bowl whisk together the, soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, chili paste, brown sugar.
- 6
Once the wings are cooked remove them from the oil and place them directly into the bowl with the sauce. Toss the wings until all wings are evenly coated with sauce and allow to rest for 3-4 minutes.
- 7
Serve the wings and enjoy!

Asian Aroma Sweet-Savory Chicken Wings & Chinese 5-Spice Powder Asian Aroma Sweet-Savory Chicken Wings & Chinese 5-Spice Powder
This has been a standard in our house for the past 15 years. The aroma of the 5-spices takes me back to Singapore.5-Spice powder is essential in Chinese cooking. Feel free to use it as a secret ingredient in roast pork, simmered pork, Chinese okowa, fried rice, etc. It's a scent that reminds of other countries.Simmer for 5 minutes at first to get rid of the chicken wing scum and to do the majority of the cooking.Cutting off the chicken wing tips helps its overall appearance. Adding cuts at the bottom makes it easier to eat and helps the flavor to soak in.You can try using the discarded tips as soup stock... Recipe by Koyokkoyo cookpad.japan -

Delicious Chicken Wings with Sweet and Salty Sauce Delicious Chicken Wings with Sweet and Salty Sauce
I used our family's secret sweet and salty sauce (the amount of ingredients, soy sauce : sake : mirin : sugar = 1 : 1 : 1 : 1/2 ratio plus a drizzle of sesame oil) and arranged it to make this recipe.-Washing the wings before cooking removes the smell and make the chicken wings more delicious.-The wings would be delicious if you fry them in medium heat and crisp the skin.-The sweet and salty sauce easily gets burnt so flip the wings and cook in low heat while coating the wings with the sauce.
