Crumble the feta cheese in a bowl. Place the heavy cream and the feta cheese in a medium sized frying pan. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the feta cheese melts.

Crack the eggs into the mixture.

Cover the frying pan with a lid and let the eggs cook, still over medium heat, for about 5'.

The egg whites should be hard but the yolks should stay runny.

Serve the eggs in plates and pour the mixture of cream and feta cheese over them. Add very little salt and plenty of freshly ground pepper.
