Ingredients

  1. boiled eggs
  2. vinegar
  3. olive oil
  4. mustard
  5. salt
  6. pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the eggs, peel them and cut them in half. Season with salt and pepper.

    Pour some vinegar over them.

    Mix olive oil with mustard, the analogy being 3 tbsp of olive oil for 1 tsp of mustard, making as much as you need depending on how many eggs you have. Pour it over the eggs and serve!

    Serve with toasted hot bread!
