A simple tomato sauce that works great, in just about any way. Eat it with bread or pasta. Put it in a pizza or add it to ground beef for Bolognese Sauce.

A simple tomato sauce that works great, in just about any way. Eat it with bread or pasta. Put it in a pizza or add it to ground beef for Bolognese Sauce.

Chop the onion and the garlic finely.

Apply the onion to a pot at medium-high heat. After one minute of cooking, add the garlic.

After 2 minutes of sautéing the onions and garlic, add the puré and turn up to maximum heat.

After two minutes, add the canned tomato and milk.

After the sauce starts bubbling, turn the heat down to low and add sugar plus spices.

Let the sauce reduce for 15 minutes, stir the sauce once in while.

Adjust the sauce with salt and pepper, and any other spices you feel like putting in, until the sauce tastes right.

Finally throw the sauce into a blender and blend until the sauce has a smooth texture.

Eating it, while it's warm, is highly recommended. Bon Appétit.
