Gulkand Shrikhand

#bandhan - Shrikhand is a traditional Maharashtrian sweet prepared with hung yoghurt. It is a very easy, simple and at the same time a delicious dessert. It can be a healthy combination if you go in for low fat yoghurt and brown sugar. Besides the plain version, you can make many flavoured Shrikhand with your favourite fruit. But today I tried with some gulkand for a rose flavour.
