Steps

Take a bowl add rajma & water for 2 hrs

Take a pan add milk.wait for some time

Fry the nut.& boil some chow or noodles.

Take a cooker add rajma & mug dal & water.give 10 whistle.

Paste the rajma & moong daal.

Take a pan add ghee & bay leaf.add rajma moong daal paste wait for some time.

Add milk.cover the pan for some time.

Add nuts, kishmish, sugar, elaichi & long powder, chow/ noodles, sugar, rose water.

After some time switch off the gas.

Serve in a bowl. Garnish with rajma, kishmish, nut.

Rajma chow payesam is ready to serve.
