Frst mashed khoya and chena add maida and corn starch and baking powder

Add half of rose water and saffron mix nicely and make smooth ball

Now make a mixture of powder sugar pistachio and khoya for stuffing in gulab jamun

Make a smooth ball and deep fry it on low flame
- 5
Make a sugar syrupe with 400 gm sugar and 200 gm water add some saffron and elaichi powder.put gulab jamun in it after frying

Like this make all the gulab jamun with same process
