6 gdry yeast
30 ggranulated sugar
6 gbaked salt
50 gcoconut oil
250 gwater
2pea onion
2onions
20 gketchup
20 gmayonnaise

Firstly, you have to make dough so mix flour, dry yeast, sugar, salt, coconut oil and water by whirt for 10mins. Next time, you have to fermentate for 40 mins.

Seperate dough weigh 45g and make a ball by using hand. The second fermentate it for 15mins.

You have to wrap ham by flated dough and cut by scissors may be cutting 7-8 pieces without cutting dough bottom. And make a shape like flower.

Miced onion.

Spread onion and mozzarella cheese on each doughs.

Spread ketchup and mayonnaise on 5)dough.

Preheated oven 180℃ during baking 15mins.
