In a pot boil the minced meat, pealed potatoes and salt until it is completely cooked

Add 5 to 7 tablespoons of oil in a pan and saute the onion along with the garlic. Then add the black pepper, paprika and grated carrots.

Crush the potatoes and minced meat with a spoon and saute with the other ingredients.

Make dumplings with meat, pass in raw egg and then in bread crumbs

Finally fry in hot oil until golden brown and cooked
