Boil tomatoes onion ginger garlic and cashews and make a fine paste

Cut paneer in cubes and dice the mushrooms

Heat oil in deep pan till smoky

Put 2 bay leaves

Blanch the peas

Put onion paste in oil and cook it on medium low flame

Add all the dry masala leaving garam masala

Add salt

When it starts leaving oil add garam masala and water and let the gravy come to a boil

Add mushrooms and peas in gravy and cook

Add paneer when the mushrooms and peas are almost done

Cook till you get a good colour of the gravy

Off the gas and garnish the gravy with chopped green coriander and serve hot
