Omelette is good for breakfast. I stuffed shrimps and cabbage in this omelette. It's easy and healthy.

Slice cabbage and brocolli.

Heat the oil and fry shrimps, cabbage and broccoli in a pan.

Add flour and mix mixture in the pan.

Add milk in the pan and simmer it for 4-5 minutes. This is a topping of the omelette.

Crack the egg.Add salt and sugar to egg and mix well. I used one egg to make a omleete.

Heat the pan and add butter in it. Add the egg mixture and scramble egg mixture gently.

When the eggs are set on the outside but still soft on the inside, add the topping.

Fold one side of the omelet in with your spatula. The other side will fold over as you tilt it onto the plate.
