Ingredients

  • 5medium sweet potato
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • Pinchsalt
  • Zest of one lemon
  • 1 tbspcooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre heat oven at 180 degrees, grease your oven pa

  2. 2

    Clean your sweet potato and dry them

  3. 3

    Cut into wedges, sprinkle cooking oil and then add salt and paprika. Toss so all the potatoes are coated evenly

  4. 4

    Bake in the oven until soft

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with lemon zest and serve with waffle and soft drink of your choice
