1. Dry roast the peanuts in a pan until it become crunchy and keep aside.

Add turmeric to the dry poha and mix well.

Sprinkle some water on the poha and mix well, make sure poha absorb enough water and become soft.

Take poha in a big bowl and add all the chopped vegetables, salt, lemon juice, and roasted peanuts and mix well.

Your NO OIL, NO BAKE Vegetable Poha is ready to serve.
