Ingredients

  • 250 gmsPoha/Flattened rice -
  • 1/2 cupRed bell pepper chopped -
  • 1/2 cupYellow bell pepper chopped -
  • 1/2 cupCapsicum chopped -
  • 1/2 cupOnion chopped -
  • 3/4 cupTomato chopped -
  • 4-5Green chillies chopped -
  • 2-3 tbspLemon juice -
  • 1/2 cupRaw peanuts -
  • as per tasteSalt -
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder -

Steps

  1. 1

    1. Dry roast the peanuts in a pan until it become crunchy and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Add turmeric to the dry poha and mix well.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle some water on the poha and mix well, make sure poha absorb enough water and become soft.

  4. 4

    Take poha in a big bowl and add all the chopped vegetables, salt, lemon juice, and roasted peanuts and mix well.

  5. 5

    Your NO OIL, NO BAKE Vegetable Poha is ready to serve.
