Glaze pan with olive and butter....add mushrooms cook for 5 min at medium to high heat. Once cooked add parsley and rustic garlic and herb seasoning...after..cook peppers in same pan at medium heat season with black pepper and Salt (I used garlic and lemon for my white meat dishes) - once cooked remove from heat add a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar.
