Milk ko pan me daalker half quantity hone tak cook kerna hai. Saath mein kesar add ker de.

Half cook hone per usme sugar add ker le.

Custard powder ko one cup milk mein mix ker ke half hue milk me add karenge aur lagatar chlana hai.

Ab elaichi powder daalker thanda hone denge.

Kuch der ke liye fridge mein rakh denge.

Ab pake hue rice ko belan se paste bana lenge.

Fir usme sugar powder, food colour, elaichi & milk daalker dough ready karenge.

Ek taraf steamer me water garam hone rakh do.

Tb tak rice dough ke ball bana lenge aur 10 mint steam ker lenge..

Ab steamed balls ko thanda hone denge.

Fir jo milk custard ready kiya tha rice balls usme daalker uper se dryfruits se garnish karenge.
