Ingredients

  • 1.5 litremilk
  • 50gm. sugar
  • 50gm. pistachio(blanched and chopped)
  • 6-7almonds chopped
  • 1 droprose essence
  • 50gm. rose patles
  • 2-3 tspghee for greasing plate

Steps

  1. 1

    First ek pan le or usme mil boil hone rhke.

  2. 2

    Jab milk half ho jaye usme rose patles,rose essence,sugar add karein or thick hone tak cook karein.

  3. 3

    Jab mixture ekdum thick ho jaye toh ek grease plate pe mixture dale equal karein or set hone de approx 20-25 minutes.

  4. 4

    Desire shape me cut karein or enjoy karein pak.
