  • 1 kgboiled green beans
  • 3chopped tomatoes
  • 2chopped onions
  • 3chopped potatoes
  • 30 mlcooking oil
  • 3chopped carrots

    Put 30ml oil in a hot auditors

  2. 2

    Put the onions and stir till it turns golden brown

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and let it cool for 5 mins

  4. 4

    Add chopped potatoes and carrots together and stir.Let it it cool for 20 mins

  5. 5

    Add the boiled green grans(ndengu) let it cool for 10 mins

  6. 6

    Serve when hot
