Ingredients

  • chicken thighs
  • lots of onions, sliced into wedges
  • salt and black pepper
  • bell peppers (any color)
  • 1tomato

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the chicken thighs well and season with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Place the sliced onions, tomato, and bell peppers in the bottom of a baking dish. Season them as well.

  3. 3

    Arrange the chicken thighs on top of the vegetables, cover the dish, and bake in the oven until done. Enjoy!
