Ingredients

  • 250 gramspaneer (cottage cheese)
  • 2 teaspoonchilli powder
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  • 20 mloil

Steps

  1. 1

    In pan add oil and heat

  2. 2

    Add cumin seeds and onions. Cook for a while till onions glazed

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and cook for another2 mins

  4. 4

    Add mashed paneer, chilli powder and stir.

  5. 5

    Add a pinch of salt and garnish with coriander leaves
