Wash the potatoes With running water

With their jackets, boil in salted water for 20 mins until cooked. Take caution, the jacket should not peal off.

Remove from heat strain the water and let it cool.

Remove the peals (jackets) nicely to maintain a uniform surface after pealing

Cut the potatoes into even cubes of 2cm each

Place in a clean bowl, add the yoghurt and mayonnaise
- 7
Mix in well and add the lemon juice on top
- 8
Serve.can be consumed alone or as an accompaniment
