Bolognaise for kids
#HelpfulCook the kids version of bolognaise.
Steps

Preparation of ingredients: grate the carrot, celery and onions or blend it in blender with some water.

In a pot, heat 2 tbsp olive oil, add the blended vegetables/grated vegetables. Stir it for 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced meat into the pot. Cook it until meat is well cooked.

Add the 50 ml water/chicken stock and 100 ml tomato puree. Stir it well.

Add the seasonings, salt, pepper and spices.

Stir it well. Bring it to boil then lower the heat, simmer it until the sauce is thickened.

Serve the sauce with kids favorite pasta.
