  • 6potatoes
  • 1egg
  • 1coriander
  • 2 spoonfulsbutter
  • 1/2 tbssalt
  • 3 spoonfulwheat flour
  • 1/4 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes with some salt until tender,add in green coriander,butter and mash until smooth.roll the mash and make medium balls

    In a bowl add in egg,sugar,water and flour and mix together

    Dip the balls in the flour (mix) and deep fry until golden brown.Serve and enjoy.
