Brazilian coconut cake

Line a baking tray of your choice with baking paper and grease with butter and set aside.

Pre heat a oven for 10 mins at 200 degree.

Seperate the egg white and yolks and set aside.

In a glass bowl, cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy with an electric beater.

Then add only the egg yolks one at a time and mix with a electric beater.

Then add vmmilk, coconut milk and flour and beat with the electric beater. Till the mixture is mixed well.

Now in a seperate bowl, beat the eggs whites until stiff perks and then fold in the egg whites into the cake batter. Mix well.

Add vanilla essence and mix. Pour the cake batter into the greased tin and bake at 180 degrees for 50 to 60 mins. Poke a knife in it to check if the cake is done.

Remove and cool on a wire rack.

For topping:- when the cake is cooled poi condensed milk on top of the cake and sprinkle with desiccated coconut.

Cut and serve. Your Brazilian coconut cake is ready to eat. ENJOY!!!
