Ingredients

  • 2 cupsminced mushrooms
  • 1minced red onion
  • 1/2 cupminced parsley
  • 1 1/2 cupscooked pearl barley
  • 2 tablespoonsmiso paste
  • 2 tablespoonstomato paste
  • 1 1/2 cupsflour
  • 2 tablespoonsminced garlic
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400 while you prep ingredients.

  2. 2

    Mix ingredients, form into burgers, and place on generously sprayed baking sheet.

  3. 3

    Bake for 20 minutes at 400, then finish on a hot skillet in vegan butter to get that seared crust.

  4. 4

    Dress with your favorite burger accoutrements.
