Ingredients

9 servings
  1. 1egg
  2. 1carrot finely grated
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1/2 cupmilk
  5. 1/2 cupoil or melted butter
  6. 1 tspbaking powder
  7. 2 tbspcoconut
  8. Plain flour (depends)

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk the egg with sugar till you get a white fluffy mixture, add milk oil and whisk

  2. 2

    Add grated carrot and coconut then whisk

    Add baking powder with flour then pour them in muffins cups

  4. 4

    Sprinkle some coconut then bake them on 180 degrees !

    Once you get them out pour some honey on the top !
