Ingredients

  1. 5-6golden new potatoes(chopped)
  2. 1lg. yellow onion(chopped)
  3. 1 tbs.Kosher salt
  4. 1tea ground black pepper
  5. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the potatoes in quarters then, slice all the same size for even cooking.

  2. 2

    Add salt and, pepper let sit then heat oil, fry but take out while they're still a little soft.
