Bored of rotis and parathas, try this delicious pizza paratha for a change. Pizza paratha recipe for quick kids snacks, tiffin box or for brunch.

Knead all purpose flour and wheat flour dough with 1tbsp. Of oil and salt.

Let it rest for 30 minutes.

Mix chopped vegetables, origano, parsley, pizza sauce, mayonnaise.

Take a small portion of dough and roll it with a rolling pin.

Spread some cheese and mix veggies on it.

Cover with another roti and press the sides properly.

Roast the pizza parantha on hot tawa with clarified butter.

Serve hot.
