In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt well.

Blend all the remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth, then add them to the dry ingredients and gently fold until the mixture is combined.

In a small baking pan, add a tablespoon of shortening and a sprinkle of flour to coat it well, then pour in the batter.

Bake in the oven at 350°F (180°C) on the middle rack for about an hour until done. Enjoy! 😙
