Wash your bread fruit

Cook the maize till it tenders. Remove the maize from its cobs

Pour a cup of water into clean pot and allow to heat.

Put your bread fruit in the boiling water and add your catalyst.cook for 15minutes
- 5
Add your palm oil and salt to taste.

Add your pepper and your maize and allow for 10 minutes
- 7
Serve hot.
