Steps

First you pluck the managu leaves from the twigs.

Boil the managu leaves for 40minutes checking regularly so it doesnt overcook

In hot sufuria put the 10ml of cooking oil and add the chopped onions and stir.

Add the tomatoes and stir.

Add the boiled managu leaves into mixture and ensure that it is well squezzed.

Let it cook for 20minutes.To add more flavour to the managu you can add milk cream add royco cubes.

Serve the managu with ugali or beef on the side.
