Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsyogurt
  2. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  3. 1/2 teaspoondried peppermint
  4. pinchsalt
  5. 1large cucumber

    In a large bowl, put the yogurt, salt and stir well.

    Add diced or grated cucumber to the yogurt and mix.

    Add olive oil and peppermint on top.
