Ingredients

  • 1potol ( Pointed gourd/ parwal )
  • 3 spoononion
  • 1 spoonchilli
  • 2 spoontomato
  • 1/2 spoonGinger paste
  • 1/2 spoonGarlic paste
  • 4 spoonCurd
  • 1 spoonBlack pepper
  • 1 spoonChilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1potato
  • 1 spoonGaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add potato potol & oil.fry that

  2. 2

    Add ginger Garlic past tomato salt chilli haldi mix that

  3. 3

    Add curd.

  4. 4

    Add some water.cover the pan

  5. 5

    Add black paper chilli powder.

  6. 6

    Mix that.wait for some time

  7. 7

    Add garam masala.

  8. 8

    Mix the curry properly.

  9. 9

    Serve this curry with rice or roti.
