Wash and soak moong dal for half an hour

Remove excess water and Add all above mentioned ingredients

Adjust salt and make a fine puree of mixture in blender

Pour sufficient amount of ready batter in Waffles cavity.Level it and close the lid.

Let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes or check in between

It's ready to serve with Tomato sauce or Green chutney
