Ingredients

300 gmstrawberries
1/2 cupfull fat chilled curd
2-3 tbspcream (low fat cream)
6-7 tbspsugar
1 tbsprose water
fewSome rose petals for garnish
cubesSome ice

Steps

Chopped the strawberries.

Blend the strawberries with sugar to a smooth puree.

Add curd, cream, rose water and pulse at intervals till you get a smooth creamy Lassi.

Serve the strawberry Lassi immediately garnished with rose petals.

You can also add some ice cubes while serving the strawberry Lassi.
