1) Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, corn flour, salt, green chilli paste, water and mix nicely to make pakodi batter consistency. 2) Add baby corn pieces and mix nicely later keep aside. 3) Heat oil, in a pan, add garlic,ginger, whites of spring onion, little salt, green chilli paste and saute it. 4) Cut green bell pepper add to above pan and saute it.

5) To it add red chilli paste, vinegar, soya sauce, sugar, tomato ketchup and nicely until it is cooked with little water and keep aside. 6) Heat oil in a pan, add coated baby corn and deep fry, later transfer into the plate. 7) Heat mix veg sauce pan again with little water and baby corn and toss it. 8) Add chopped green of spring and coriander leaves and saute it nicely, transfer into serving bowl. 9) Now baby corn Manchurian is ready to serve.
