5large mushroom
1 tablespoonextra virgin olive oli
2large cloves garlic (coarsely chopped)
to tasteSalt
to tastecoarsely ground pepper
1 Bunchparsely (chopped)

In a large frying pan over medium heat warm oli and slightly cook the garlic until soft and fragrant(be careful and do not let the garlic brown)and the sliced the mushroom and season salt and pepper.

Cook until tender approximately 15 min stirring occasionally

And parsley towards the end of the cooking tme and stir it.remove from heat and serve with bread
