Ingredients

2 people
  1. 150 gbaby marrows cut into halves
  2. To tastesea salt flakes
  3. 1/2lemon juiced and seated
  4. To tastefreshly ground black pepper
  5. To drizzle olive oil

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat a griddle pan on a high heat

  2. 2

    Slice the marrows in halves and season with salt, olive oil and lemon juice.

  3. 3

    Place in the griddle pan and grill on both sides for 5 minutes in total. Until the dark griddle lines are achieved.

  4. 4

    Drizzle with a little olive oil and the zest of half a lemon. Serve as a side dish or in a salad.
