Modak is traditionally made from rice flour and Jaggery....but I used biscuits powder in my modak recipe...it does not
take much time and effort...

take much time and effort...
Steps

Add Biscuits in a grinder and grind it..make a fine powder.

Add tutifruti, cashews,rose petals, colourful fennel and powder sugar in a grinder and grind it..make a mixture..

Trasfer Biscuits powder in a mixing bowl/plate,add ghee and milk mix well...make a soft dough.

Spread the little amount of the dough on hand and filling tutifruti mixture.

Bind it tightly.

Coated with silver balls..

Now modak is ready to serve.
