  • 4 cuphome baking flour
  • 2 tspbutter/blueband
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2eggs
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1 tspcrushed cardamom
  • 2 cupswarm water
  • 3 cupscooking oil

Steps

    Add the flour into a bowl.

  2. 2

    Break the eggs and add the milk to it a separate bowl. Add the sugar and salt and mix some more

  3. 3

    Add the egg mix into the flour bowl and slowly start mixing

  4. 4

    Melt the butter/blueband and add it into the mix.

  5. 5

    Add the cardamom and start kneeding.

  6. 6

    Slowly add the warm water and continue kneeding until it becomes a nice firm dough.

  7. 7

    Let it set for upto 20 minutes.

  8. 8

    Using a rolling pin. Cut a piece of dough and flatten it. Cut the dough into any shape you desire and set aside

  9. 9

    Place cooking oil into a frying pan.

  10. 10

    Add the cut up pieces and fry till golden brown.

  11. 11

    Repeat the process till done.serve hot with a cup of coffee tea or cocoa.
