1 servings

3bread slices (edges removed)
1carrot grated
2cherry tomatoes cut into 2 pieces
1 tspcheese spread (flavoured)
1 tbspmayonnaise
slicesfew cucumber
leavesfew lettuce
leavesfew mint

Steps

Spread cheese over a slice of bread. arrearage cucumber slices on it... then put anather slice of bread...

Spread mayonnaise then spread grated carrot and lettuce leaves..

Lastly cover it with bread slice.

Now cut this sandwich into 4 pieces

Garnish with tomato and mint leaf.
