Ingredients

Ground beef, amount as needed for number of servings
1/2 bunchcilantro
1/2onion
1/2tomato
Salt, black pepper
Bouillon cube, paprika
Curry powder
Sliced tomato for topping
4 tablespoonsvegetable oil or clarified butter (smen)

Steps

In a blender, combine the spices, onion, tomato, and cilantro. Blend until smooth, then add to the ground beef and mix well by hand.

Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish. Top with tomato slices and drizzle with oil. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 35 minutes.
