  • 1medium butternut
  • salt

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the butternut thoroughly and then chop them

  2. 2

    Place in a sufuria add one and a half cups of water and salt

  3. 3

    Cover and allow to cook for 30minutes but keep checking to make sure they don't over cook.

  4. 4

    When ready drain any excess water and serve
