Ingredients

  • 1 bowl left over kadhi
  • 2patato (boiled and mashed)
  • 3bread slice
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspn garam msala powder
  • 1 tspn Coriander powder
  • 1 pinchheeng
  • 1/4 tspn fennel seed
  • 1/4 tspnjeera powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil (for shallow frying)

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pehle ek bowl lenge.than usme left over kadhi daenge.

  2. 2

    Now kadhi main oil ko chodh kar all ingriedents add krenge and mix it very well.

  3. 3

    Now ise set hone ke liye 10 minute ke liye rekh denge.

  4. 4

    After 10 minute ek non stick tawe ko medium flame par rekhenge jab bhe hot ho jayega ham apne hand ko oil se greese kar lenge and us dough se choti ball bana kar cutlet ki shape denge.

    Now in cutlets ko shawallow fry kar lenge.golden brown hone tak.

  6. 6

    Now is ready to eat left over kadhi cutlets. Serve with green chutney and meeht chutney. Enjoy it. Happy coocking.
