Use a potatocutter to cut the potatoes to form chips.

Place oil in a frying pan and turn heat to maximum.

Fry the chips for 10 minutes and then set on a crisp paper.

In another pan place the onion then add cooking oil.

Add tomatoes and cover as they completely soften.
- 6
Add the tomatopaste as you stir. Add the chips and stir.
- 7
Add the dhania and salt. stir for another minute then serve.
