Boiled yam and carrot egg sauce

Heat up water in a pot, Cut your yam in chunks placing them inside the pot leave to boil for about 2.min or when yam is tender

Slice your veggies set aside for later use

Heat up your oil putting your sliced veggies.reduce the the heat because of the vegetables.

Serve with either potatoes or plantain
