Preheat oven to 200c

Scrub the the skin of the potatoes well and cut off any bad bits, before cutting into chunky chips

Use kitchen towel to dry the potatoes / absorb any water

Place in a large bowl and toss the potatoes with spices and oil. Lay out in one layer on a large baking tray
- 5
Bake for 20-30 minutes. After 15 minutes, give the fries a stir so they get baked evenly on all sides. Bake until slightly browned and crisp in spots.
